The Guest Services Agent’s duties will include:

1. Computer program operation (property management systems, Excel, Microsoft Word)

2. Answering guest queries via email and telephone

3. Knowledge of credit card processing and security standards

4. Maintain the safety and security of the hotel property and guests

5. Food Safe BC and Serving it Right certification (training available)

6. Serve and prepare food and beverage for our Cafe YPS.

Starting wage: $24/hour
